About the Project
A Bathroom with stains and mildew coming through the ceiling proved to be dry rotten timbers and a cracked pipe. The ceiling had to be cut away and pipe fixed then, dry rot removed and new plasterboard applied and top coated. Finally painted and new venting provided to be as good as new.
